
Dr Barach is a digital health expert and a serial entrepreneur with a passion for creating real world solutions which improve the quality and efficiency of the healthcare system for both patients and physicians. Dr Barach is double boarded anesthesiologist and critical care physician-scientist, trained at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston’s Children’s Hospital Medical Center and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Major General Granger is currently the President and CEO of THE 5Ps, LLC, a health care, education, and leadership consulting organization. Before he retired from the U.S. Army in 2009, MG Granger oversaw the acquisition, operation, and integration of TRICARE/DOD’s managed care program within the Military Health System. Additionally, MG Granger led a staff of 1,800 in planning, budgeting, and executing a $22.5 Billion Defense Health Program and ensuring the effective and efficient provision of high-quality, accessible healthcare for 9.2 million Uniformed Service members, their families, retirees, and their families, and others located worldwide.
Before joining TRICARE Management Activity, MG Granger led the largest U.S. and multi-national battlefield health system in our recent history while serving as Commander Task Force 44th Medical Command and Command Surgeon for the Multinational Corps Iraq. CO
MG Granger has received numerous awards, decorations, and honors, including the Defense Superior Service Medal, the Legion of Merit with three oak leaf clusters, the Bronze Star Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal with four oak leaf clusters, and was honored by the National Association of Corporate Directors as a 2022 Top 100 Director. He is board- certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Board of Hematology and Oncology, Certified Physician Executive by the Certifying Commission in Medical Management, certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives, and Certified in Medical Quality by the American Board of Medical Quality. NACD- Certified Director, Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University, certified in Healthcare Compliance by HCCA, and certified Compliance Officer by AAPC.

Thomas H. Glimp, MD is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School with Alpha Omega Alpha honors in 1980.
Tom completed training in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas/Presbyterian Hospital and in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Clinics.
Dr. Glimp is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine and has extensive Occupational Medicine and workplace injury experience. He is additionally certified in Health Informatics and Health Information Technology by the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
His professional interests include clinical workflow systems development and quality process design and operations.
Tom is an avid snowboarder and known by many as “The Oldest Living Shredder.”

Over 35 years practicing psychiatry in various settings including private practice, hospital care, community care and forensic care. Dr. Emmite is currently taking care of our veterans at a VA community clinic. Her most difficult task has been working with patients to assure treatment and medication compliance. She currently teaches UT psychiatry residents.
